Your bank card details are entered directly with the payment provider and <strong>are not stored<\/strong> by us;<\/li>\n<li><strong>When returning goods or filing a complaint:<\/strong> description of the problem, photos, IBAN for refunds;<\/li>\n<li><strong>When subscribing to the newsletter<\/strong> (if available): email address;<\/li>\n<li><strong>When you contact us:<\/strong> the content of the correspondence;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical data:<\/strong> IP address, browser and device type, cookies. Who we share data with<\/h2>\n<p>We share only the data necessary for the relevant purpose with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Courier companies and delivery partners:<\/strong> Speedy AD, Econt Express OOD, BOX NOW and Sameday. We provide them with your name, phone number, delivery address\/office and the cash-on-delivery amount;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment providers and banks:<\/strong> when paying by card or bank transfer;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Website hosting and maintenance provider:<\/strong> as a data processor under a contract;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accounting firm:<\/strong> to fulfil accounting and tax obligations;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Public authorities<\/strong> (National Revenue Agency, Consumer Protection Commission, courts, etc.): only where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not sell or share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is processed within the European Union. If a provider (e.g. of analytics services) transfers data outside the EU, this is done with appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Retention period<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Order and invoice data:<\/strong> up to 10 years, in accordance with the Accountancy Act and tax legislation;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer account:<\/strong> until you close it or after 3 years of inactivity;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complaints and returns:<\/strong> 5 years (the general limitation period);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Newsletter:<\/strong> until consent is withdrawn;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Correspondence:<\/strong> up to 2 years, unless related to an order or a dispute;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookies:<\/strong> according to the periods set out in the Cookie Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to <strong>access<\/strong> your personal data and obtain a copy (Art. 15 GDPR);<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>rectification<\/strong> of inaccurate data (Art. 16);<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>erasure<\/strong> (\u201cthe right to be forgotten\u201d) where there is no legal obligation to retain the data (Art. 17);<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>restriction<\/strong> of processing (Art. 18);<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>portability<\/strong> of your data (Art. 20);<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>object<\/strong> to processing based on legitimate interest and to direct marketing (Art. 21);<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>withdraw your consent<\/strong> at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To exercise your rights, write to <a href=\"mailto:sorela13@abv.bg\">sorela13@abv.bg<\/a> or to the company\u2019s address. We will respond within 1 month. Security<\/h2>\n<p>We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data: encrypted connection (SSL\/HTTPS), restricted access to the site administration, encrypted password storage, regular updates and backups. In the event of a security breach that poses a risk to you, we will notify the Commission for Personal Data Protection and, where necessary, the affected individuals.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Automated decision-making<\/h2>\n<p>We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects for you.<\/p>\n<h2>9.
